Ana’s approach
A thoughtful process, with room for real life.
Nutrition is not a ready-made list of rules. It is a skill you build through a plan, learning and steady support.
01Do you create ready-made meal plans?
I do not create ready-made meal plans. Instead, we work from a nutrition plan so that you learn to create your own meals. My approach is based on mentoring and education: fitting balanced nutrition into your lifestyle and adopting it as a lasting change. A ready-made meal plan does not teach us why we need to eat in a certain way or what a balanced diet looks like.
02Do you guarantee results?
I do not guarantee results because they depend entirely on the client and their commitment to our work. What I can guarantee is that, if you follow my guidance and plan, you will see results.
03Why is nutrition coaching a three-month process, rather than a shorter one?
Research shows that new habits need to be repeated for at least 60 days. We use the remaining 30 days to consolidate them. Changing old habits is substantial work, and under stress or when something difficult happens, we often return to familiar patterns. In these situations, the presence and support of a professional matter greatly.
04Can I receive a refund if I change my mind during the coaching period?
Once coaching begins, refunds are not offered. This is why we arrange a consultation: to go through all the details of working together and see whether we are a good fit.
05Are the programmes only for weight loss, or can I join if I have health concerns?
You can join if you would like support with health concerns. Everyone receives an individualised plan created from a detailed questionnaire, where you outline any health concerns and what you would like to achieve.
06What kinds of workouts do you offer?
All programmes and coaching services include access to recorded workouts. Cardio, functional strength training and Pilates are available whenever you need them, so you can exercise at a time that suits you.
Alongside recorded workouts, I also offer one-on-one in-person sessions and group Pilates and functional training.
